I. Composition and Properties
DS-8040 resin is a copolymer of (meth)acrylate monomers and special monomers, using PMA/XYL/BAC as a solvent. The resulting paint film features fast drying, excellent chemical resistance, and superior weather resistance.

3. Viscosity (Grifler tube, 25℃), seconds: Z1-Z4
4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 70±2
5. Acid Value (solution, mgKOH/g): 6-12
6. Hydroxyl Group (theoretical value, solids), %: 4.0
III. **Applications**
DS-8040 is mainly used in conjunction with trimer (N-3390) as a clear coat for automotive interior parts, topcoat for motorcycles and electric vehicles, and other outdoor topcoats or clear coats requiring high weather resistance, with a weather resistance of 1000+ hours.

Notes: 1. The mixed solvents are: 40% xylene, 30% S-100A, 10% PMA, 15% 150#;
