I. **Composition and Performance**
DS-2050A resin is copolymerized from (meth)acrylate monomers, styrene-free, and uses toluene and butyl acetate as solvents. When used with polyurethane, this resin produces coatings that dry quickly, exhibit good aluminum powder alignment, and excellent whiteness.
II. **Technical Specifications**
1. Appearance: Clear and transparent, free of mechanical impurities.
2. Color: Water-white to slightly yellow.
3. Viscosity (Greek tube, 25℃), seconds: X-Z2
4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 50±2
5. Acid Value (solution, mgKOH/g): 2-5
6. Hydroxyl Group (theoretical value, solids), %: 2.0
III. **Applications**
