I. Composition and Properties
A-8021 resin is a copolymer of (meth)acrylate monomers and functional monomers such as E-10, using BAC as a solvent. This resin is low in hydroxyl groups and high in solids (low VOC), resulting in a paint film with good drying properties, excellent gloss and adhesion; it also exhibits superior workability and leveling characteristics.

1. Appearance: Clear and transparent, free of mechanical impurities.
2. Color: Water-white to slightly yellow.
3. Viscosity (Greek tube, 25℃), seconds: Z4-Z5
4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 80±2
5. Acid Value (solution, mgKOH/g): 6-10
6. Hydroxyl Group (theoretical value, solids), %: 2.1
III. **Applications**
A-8021 is used in conjunction with polyurethane to formulate solid color paints or varnishes for one-time coating of ABS, PC, and other plastic substrates. It can also be used for topcoat coating of various engineering machinery.

Notes: 1. The mixed solvent can be: 50% xylene, 30% butyl acetate, 20% PMA;
