I. **Composition and Properties**
DS-2560 resin is a copolymer of (meth)acrylate monomers and styrene-grafted epoxy resin, using xylene and CYC as solvents. The resulting paint film, when used with polyurethane curing agents or amino resins, exhibits excellent adhesion to various metal substrates and superior salt spray and chemical resistance.
II. **Technical Specifications**
1. Appearance: Transparent, free of mechanical impurities.
2. Color: Light brownish-yellow.
3. Viscosity (Greek tube, 25℃), seconds: T-Z.
4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 60±2.
5. Acid Value (solution basis, mgKOH/g): 4-10.
6. Hydroxyl Content (theoretical, solids basis), %: 2.1.
III. **Applications**

Notes:
1. To improve the salt spray resistance or adhesion of the above primer, a portion of the DS-2560 resin can be replaced with an appropriate amount of 604 epoxy resin;
2. The above primer and N-75 curing agent can be mixed at a ratio of 6.6-8:1;
3. The mixed solvent is: 50% xylene, 30% butyl acetate, 20% cyclohexanone;
