I. **Composition and Properties**
DS-3560 resin is a copolymer of (meth)acrylate monomers and styrene-grafted epoxy resin, using xylene and CYC as solvents. The resulting paint film, when combined with amino resins, exhibits excellent adhesion to various metal substrates, as well as superior salt spray resistance and chemical resistance.
II. **Product Technical Specifications**
1. Appearance: Transparent, free of mechanical impurities.
2. Color: Light brownish-yellow.
3. Viscosity (Greek tube, 25℃), seconds: X-Z2.
4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 60±2.
5. Acid Value (solution basis, mgKOH/g): 5-8.
**Applications**
DS-3560 resin is mainly used in combination with amino resins to formulate primers for engineering machinery or other industrial anti-rust primers.
