Baisen Chemical DS-360 is a water-soluble acrylic resin. When combined with amino resin and dried, the resulting paint film exhibits excellent adhesion, water resistance, and alcohol resistance. It can be used to directly grind and disperse color pastes.

II. Recommended Uses
After neutralization with DMEA, it is mixed with water-based amino resin to make solid color paint or varnish for coating various glass products (such as wine bottle paint or perfume bottle paint) or metal parts of various engineering vehicles such as electric tricycles.

IV. Precautions: 1. Mix DS-360 with DMEA beforehand and measure its pH value to be between 7.5 and 8 using pH test paper. Then add other raw materials in sequence. 2. Add 30% deionized water and 2-3% silane coupling agent (such as KH-560) when spraying. 3. Spray the above transparent paint onto the glass bottle and bake at 170-180℃ for 15-20 minutes. The paint film can withstand boiling in water for 2 hours and immersion in ethanol for 2 hours without fading.
V. Packaging and Storage
1. Packaging: 200kg/plastic drum;
2. Storage: The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures; the packaging window must be kept sealed.
3. Shelf life is 12 months. It should be tested again after that period and then used.
