Technical Specifications
1. Appearance: Pale blue, transparent to liquid
2. Viscosity: 40-60 seconds (Geigy tube/25℃) {Slight fluctuation is allowed during finished product storage}
3. Fineness: ≤15µm (scraper fineness gauge)
4. Solid Content: 14±0.5%
5. Hydroxyl Groups: Approximately 2.0% (on a solids basis)
Applications and Features
1. Uses various types of polyurethane as curing agents for cross-linking film formation.
2. Recommended baking temperature: 70℃ for 30-60 minutes.
3. Excellent aluminum powder arrangement, improving the whiteness and metallic appearance of the aluminum powder.
4. High alcohol resistance (up to 1000 cycles at 500g).
5. High weather resistance, suitable for automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) paint.
Reference Paint Formulation:
Resin: 70-80%
Silver Powder: 6-10%
Additives: 1-2%
Mixed Solvents: Appropriate amount (mainly solvents such as esters, ketones, ethers, and ether esters)
PU Coating Formulation:
Resin Stock Solution: 3390 = 20-28:1
