1. Appearance: Transparent liquid
2. Viscosity: 15-30 seconds (Geigy tube/25℃) {Slight fluctuation is allowed during finished product storage}
3. Fineness: ≤15um (scraper fineness gauge)
4. Solid Content: 15±0.5%
Applications and Features
1. Improves the arrangement of silver powder, increasing the whiteness and brightness of the silver powder, giving the coating an electroplating effect.
2. Has high hardness, good alcohol resistance, and good chemical resistance.
3. This product is safe and environmentally friendly and can be used as an automotive interior coating.
4. This product can be applied wet-on-wet. When used with our DS-370K or DS-360K and anti-silver-drop additives, after drying at 70 degrees Celsius for 1 hour, it can withstand boiling in 80 degrees Celsius water for 2 hours and immersion in room temperature water for 15 days without any change in the paint film, exhibiting excellent interlayer adhesion.

Resin: 50-60%
Silver Powder: 6-8%
Adhesion Enhancer (see above): Appropriate amount
Mixed Solvent: Appropriate amount (mainly esters, ketones, ethers, and ether esters)
