I. **Composition and Properties**
A-2315 resin is a copolymer of (meth)acrylate monomers and special monomers, using butyl acetate and xylene as solvents. The resulting paint film features fast drying, high hardness, and excellent weather resistance.
II. **Product Technical Specifications**
1. Appearance: Clear and transparent, free of mechanical impurities.
2. Color: Water-white to slightly yellow.
3. Viscosity (Greek tube, 25℃), seconds: V-Z1
4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 56±2
5. Acid Value (solution, mgKOH/g): 1-3
6. Hydroxyl Group (theoretical value, solids), %: 1.6
III. **Applications**
A-2315 is mainly used in conjunction with polyurethane resins to make topcoats for electrical PVC wood coatings, automotive, motorcycle, construction machinery, and other outdoor construction applications.
