I. Composition and Properties


DS-4352 resin is a copolymer of (meth)acrylate monomers and styrene, using toluene and sec-butyl acetate as solvents. This resin exhibits excellent pigment dispersibility, good compatibility with nitrocellulose, and superior overall performance.


II. **Product Technical Specifications**


1. Appearance: Clear and transparent, free of mechanical impurities.


2. Color: Water-white to slightly yellow.


3. Viscosity (Grifler tube, 25℃), seconds: X-Z1


4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 50±2


5. Acid Value (solution basis, mgKOH/g): 4-8


6. Glass Transition Temperature (theoretical value), ℃: 21


7. Hydroxyl Groups (theoretical value, solids basis), %: 1.2


III. **Applications**


DS-4352 resin is mainly used in solvent-based exterior wall coatings, steel structure anti-corrosion paints, etc., and can also be used in combination with polyurethane to make two-component primers and topcoats.
