DS-6160A resin is copolymerized from (meth)acrylate monomers, styrene, and epoxy resin using a special process, with xylene and n-butanol as solvents. This resin exhibits good salt spray resistance, excellent adhesion, and superior resistance to acids, alkalis, and other chemicals.

1. **Appearance:** Clear and transparent, free of mechanical impurities.
2. **Color:** Water-white to slightly yellow.
3. **Viscosity (Greek tube, 25℃), seconds:** T-Z
4. **Solids (150℃, 1h), %:** 60±2
5. **Acid Value (solution, mgKOH/g):** 3-7
III. **Applications**

Notes: 1. The mixed solvent can be: 50% xylene, 30% butyl acetate, 20% n-butanol;
2. The above paint can be baked at 120℃-140℃ for 20-30 minutes. If you want to further improve adhesion or salt spray resistance, you can add some epoxy.
