1. Appearance: Clear to pale blue transparent liquid
2. Viscosity: 65-85 (Geigy tube/25℃) {Slight fluctuation is allowed during finished product storage}
3. Fineness: ≤15um (scraper fineness gauge)
4. Solid Content: 8±0.5%
Applications and Features
1. This product exhibits excellent orientation of aluminum powder, resulting in good whiteness and a strong metallic sheen.
2. The resulting paint film is smooth and has high hardness.
3. Primarily used for plastics, wood, and metal parts (lowering the coating intensity is recommended for metal parts).
4. Can be used as an auxiliary resin to improve the orientation of aluminum powder and the metallic sheen in baking varnishes and two-component coatings.
5. With the use of various functional additives, it helps improve various properties of the coating film.
Paint Reference Formulation
Resin: 70-80%
Additives: Appropriate amount
Silver Powder: 6-8%
Mixed Solvents: Appropriate amount (mainly esters, ketones, ethers, and ether esters)
