I. **Composition and Properties**


DS-4160 resin is copolymerized from pure (meth)acrylate monomers, using xylene and butyl acetate as solvents. This resin exhibits excellent pigment dispersibility, good adhesion to metals, superior weather resistance and chemical optimization, and excellent overall performance.


II. **Technical Specifications**


1. Appearance: Clear and transparent, free of mechanical impurities.


2. Color: Water-white to slightly yellow.


3. Viscosity (Greek tube, 25℃), seconds: W-Z1


4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 60±2


5. Acid Value (solution, mgKOH/g): 0-3


6. Glass Transition Temperature (theoretical value), ℃: 50


III. **Applications**


DS-4160 resin is mainly used in solvent-based container paints, engineering machinery paints, etc.
