I. Composition and Properties
DS-2045 resin is synthesized by reacting glycidyl tert-butyl carbonate (E-10) and (meth)acrylate monomers, using xylene and PMA as solvents. The resulting polyurethane coating exhibits high gloss, fullness, good reflectivity, high hardness, and good gasoline resistance.

2. Color: Water-white to slightly yellow.
3. Viscosity (Gautler tube, 25℃), seconds: Z-Z4
4. Solids (150℃, 1h), %: 69.5±2

6. Acid value (on a solution basis, mgKOH/g): 7-12

III. **Applications**
DS-2045 is mainly used in the manufacture of automotive and motorcycle clear coats or solid color paints (recommended mixing ratio with biuret N-75 is 2:1, and with trimer N-3390 is 2.5:1).
