I. **Composition and Properties**
DS-3060 resin is a copolymer of (meth)acrylate monomers and styrene, using xylene and butyl acetate as solvents. This resin boasts high hardness and gloss, and exhibits excellent pigment dispersibility and adhesion.
II. **Product Technical Specifications**
1. **Appearance:** Clear and transparent, free of mechanical impurities.
2. **Color:** Water-white to slightly yellow.
3. **Viscosity (Grifler tube, 25℃), seconds:** U-Z1
4. **Solids (150℃, 1h), %:** 60±2
5. **Acid Value (solution, mgKOH/g):** 4-8
III. **Applications**
DS-3060 is a general-purpose amino baking paint resin, suitable for use in glitter paints, colored paints, or varnishes. It can also be used with TDI-type curing agents to prepare two-component self-drying varnishes.

Notes: 1. The mixed solvent can be: 40% xylene, 40% butyl acetate, 20% n-butanol; in summer, some CAC or ethylene glycol butyl ether can be added appropriately;
2. After spraying the above white paint, it can be baked at 120℃-150℃ for 20-30 minutes.
